Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia arrived on June 21, 2024, in the Diocese of Düsseldorf, Germany.
Bishop Grigorios of Germany, Bishop Ioannis of Hum, and the clergy welcomed the Patriarch at Hamburg International Airport.
Patriarch Porfirije will be staying in the Diocese of Düsseldorf and Germany until June 24, 2024, with his visit focused on Hamburg. The highlight of the Patriarch’s visit will be the consecration of the Church of Saint Archangel Michael on June 23, 2024, coinciding with the feast of Pentecost.
