Wednesday, July 24 marked the Feast of the Dormition of Saint Anne, which was celebrated with a Vespers service at the chapel of Saint Anne in Kourniados, Imbros. The service was led by Metropolitan Kyrillos of Imbros and Tenedos, along with the clergy of the Metropolis and a large gathering of faithful.
The chapel was packed with devoted attendees who came together to pay tribute to Saint Anne, creating a deeply reverent and communal atmosphere. The presence of Metropolitan Kyrillos and the local clergy highlighted the importance of the feast and the rich spiritual heritage of the region.
