On the evening of Holy Thursday, May 3, the service of the Passions took place.
During the service, the twelve Gospel narratives were read, accompanied by hymns sung in between. Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem read the first Gospel narrative, while the High Priests and Archimandrites of the Patriarchate read the rest.
Many faithful Christians attended the service, along with the Consul General of Greece in Jerusalem, Dimitrios Angelosopoulos, and the Consul, Anna Mantika.
