Patriarch Daniel of Romania fulfilled his civic duty by participating in the Parliamentary Elections on Sunday. The Patriarch cast his vote at the “Ienăchiță Văcărescu” General School in Bucharest around 5:30 PM.
At the time of Patriarch Daniel’s voting, the voter turnout had exceeded 44% of those registered on the electoral lists. Out of the 18,008,555 Romanians registered as permanent voters, about 8 million had already voted.
