Patriarch Ilia II of Georgia has sent a heartfelt letter to the 30th International Conference “Pavleia,” with the theme “Apostle Paul and the Liturgical Life of the Church,” congratulating Metropolitan Panteleimon of Veria on his 30 years of hierarchical service.
