Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew welcomed the graduates of the Patriarchal High School of the Nation on Thursday, June 13, at the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Reception Hall. He blessed them and presented them with their traditional golden crosses.
During the meeting, the headmaster, Mr. D. Zotos, introduced the eight graduates and gave a summary of the school’s activities for the past year. The Ecumenical Patriarch congratulated each graduate and emphasized the importance of furthering their studies and staying connected with the local Greek community in Constantinople.
Recognizing the historical significance of the Great School of the Nation and its contributions to the Greek community, the Ecumenical Patriarch bestowed fatherly blessings and well-wishes upon the graduates as he presented them with their crosses.
In a statement, the school expressed gratitude for the Ecumenical Patriarch’s support and care for the students.
