On Sunday afternoon, March 31, 2024, Bishop Paweł of Hajnówka presided over the Divine Liturgy of the Second Sunday of Lent at the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene in Warsaw.
In his homily, Bishop Paweł emphasized the significance of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, stating that it reconciled creation with the Creator and offered hope for eternal life to all believers.
He urged the faithful to embrace the love symbolized by the cross and to strive for self-improvement and imitation of Christ in their daily lives.
