The Athens Medical Group is expanding its “Medical Adoption Program” to offer free medical services at its clinics to Greek residents of Imbros and Tenedos, as well as to all personnel of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, in line with its commitment to social responsibility and solidarity.
During a visit to the Ecumenical Patriarchate, Dr. Vasilis G. Apostolopoulos, CEO of Athens Medical Group, met with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to mark the launch of this initiative.
The program aims to provide essential medical support through a range of free primary and secondary healthcare services available at the group’s clinics in Athens and Thessaloniki, demonstrating support for the work of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew expressed gratitude for the initiative, offering his blessings to Dr. Apostolopoulos and the Athens Medical Group team.
Dr. Apostolopoulos highlighted the significance of the program, stating: “I stand today at the Ecumenical Patriarchate in support of the Greek communities of Imbros and Tenedos, as well as the personnel of the Patriarchate, with deep respect and emotion.”
