On Saturday, December 7, 2024, Patriarch Theofilos of Jerusalem visited the Holy Monastery of the Cross, accompanied by the Elder Chief-Secretary Archbishop Aristarchos of Constantina, the Consul General of Greece in Jerusalem Dimitrios Angelosopoulos, professor Phaedon Kydoniatis, and Archimandrite Bartholomew.
They were received by the Hegoumen of the Holy Monastery, Archimandrite Christodoulos. They observed the tree-planting work on the estate around the Monastery and the infrastructure work for the future operation of this Monastery Centre for Special Studies.
