This morning, Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece had a busy schedule of meetings, starting with a visit from Archimandrite Fr. Fadi Rabbat, Dean of the Antiochian House of Studies. Their discussions highlighted the growing relationship between the Greek Orthodox Church and the Antiochian Orthodox Church, emphasizing shared spiritual objectives.
Following this meeting, Archbishop Ieronymos met with the Mayor of Agrafa, Alexis Kardampikis, to address local community issues. Shortly after, Myra Myrogianni, Secretary General for Greeks Abroad and Public Diplomacy, paid a formal visit to the Archbishop, highlighting the strong ties between the Church and Greek diaspora initiatives.
At noon, Archbishop Ieronymos wrapped up his series of meetings with a session alongside Alkiviadis Stefanis, the Civil Administrator of Mount Athos, where they discussed important matters concerning the revered site.
