On Monday, 15 July 2024, Maximos Charakopoulos, Secretary General of the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy, and Member of Parliament for Larissa, along with the Councillor of the Assembly, Konstantinos Mygdalis, his colleagues, and family members, paid a visit to the Holy Theological School of Halki.
The visitors were warmly welcomed by the Abbot, Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, in the Great Synod room of the School. They were briefed on the ongoing renovation of the building complex and other matters concerning the Theological School.
Subsequently, they were taken to the section of the building under reconstruction and then given a tour of the historic Library and other areas of the Theological School.
